A few weeks ago, Comixology, the force behind digital comics, announced Comixology Submit. This program allows indie artists to get comics in the system without a publisher, and I’d been looking forward to it since rumors first started appearing. I submitted on the day it first opened, and I’m happy to say my first comic is out!
YOUR HAIR is a short comic– a slice of life look at the end of a relationship between two women, and it’s available for $.99. It was originally drawn for the PUPPYTEETH 3 anthology last year, so if you get a chance to snag that from Kevin Czapiewski at a con, do so. It is full of good stuff, I promise.
Oh, and you can still get the complete IN MAPS & LEGENDS on Comixology’s site/apps too! The collected edition has all 9 issues.
